Many of these examples may seem to be specific to a particular program or platform. However, we believe that these are systematic, as evidenced by the fact that many developers (both companies and individuals) make efforts to solve them. At the same time, these attempts lack coordination, which makes it hard to believe that these problems will be resolved for all existing software any time soon.
